About Us

Majestic Security Forces Sdn. Bhd. is a private security company operating out of Bandar Puteri, Puchong. We provide security guard services to condominiums, apartments, gated and guarded communities and selected commercial properties across the Klang Valley. The company is small enough that a WhatsApp message reaches a director, and staying that way on purpose is the whole business model.

01Who We Are

A Private Security Company Based in Puchong, Selangor

Majestic Security Forces Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 24 September 2018 and holds a private agency licence issued by Kementerian Dalam Negeri under the Akta Ejensi Persendirian 1971, covering kawalan keselamatan and penyiasatan persendirian. The company is based in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, and that is not a detail on a letterhead. Almost every property we guard falls inside the ring a supervisor can reach and return from within a working day.

That one decision shapes the whole company. A national agency wins the tender, then finds its nearest supervisor is two hours down the highway and its relief guard is a phone number in another state. We would sooner guard fewer buildings and turn up at all of them.

The work is narrow on purpose. Static unarmed guarding, access and visitor control, patrol rounds, incident response, traffic control at peak hours and the written post orders that hold all of it together. Armed posts are arranged where a risk assessment calls for one. We do not sell alarm systems, we do not resell CCTV packages, and we do not quote for work we could not roster and supervise.

Management is direct. Three working directors, and the escalation path from a guard on your gate ends at one of them instead of at a case number. For a Joint Management Body or Management Corporation chairman who has spent a year chasing a call centre, that is usually the difference that decides the tender.

What We Do Not Claim

No guard headcount, no client logo wall and no quality certification we have not earned. Everything on this website is either a document you can ask to see or an operating practice you can audit once we are on your site. We would rather be checked than believed.

02How We Operate

Three Rules the Security Services Run On

Slogans are cheap in this industry. These three are operating rules, and each one costs us something, which is the only reason they are worth printing.

Write the Post Before Filling It

Duties for each post are written for your building and signed by every guard at induction. It pushes a start date back by a few days. It is also the only reason a relief guard behaves the same as the regular one at 3am.

Guard Close, Supervise Often

Deployment stays concentrated around Puchong and the wider Klang Valley. We turn down buildings we could not supervise properly, because a site nobody visits turns into a complaint eleven months later.

Quote the Real Cost

A 24-hour post needs two guards on alternating shifts plus relief for rest days, and the rate has to carry KWSP, PERKESO and SIP. We will lose a tender on price before we win one by leaving those out and making it your committee's problem later.

03Scope

What We Take On, and What We Turn Down

The second list is the more useful one. A security company that will quote for anything is telling your committee it has never had to staff the result.

Work We Take On

  • Static unarmed guarding at named posts, written up before deployment
  • Access, visitor and contractor control at gates and lobby counters
  • Patrol rounds with fixed checkpoints, including night rounds
  • Incident response with same-hour escalation and a written report
  • Traffic and parking support through the daily peak hours
  • Armed posts where a risk assessment genuinely calls for one

Work We Turn Down

  • Sites too far from Puchong for a supervisor to reach and return the same day
  • Contracts priced below what the statutory contributions cost
  • One guard covering a continuous 24-hour post with no relief
  • Alarm systems and CCTV packages, which we do not sell or resell
  • Deployments starting before post orders are written and agreed
  • Armed posts requested without a risk reason behind them

If your building falls into the right-hand column, you will hear it at the site visit and not after the contract is signed. Losing a tender costs us less than staffing one badly for a year.

06Coverage Area

Security Services Across Puchong and the Klang Valley

The licence covers private agency work throughout Malaysia. Deployment is deliberately concentrated close to the Bandar Puteri head office, because a supervisor who can reach your site in twenty minutes is worth more than a national footprint on a brochure.

Puchong Bandar Puteri Bandar Kinrara Puchong Jaya Seri Kembangan Bukit Jalil Sri Petaling Taman OUG Subang Jaya USJ Shah Alam Petaling Jaya Cyberjaya Kuala Lumpur

Outside these areas, deployment is quoted against travel time, relief coverage and supervisor reach rather than accepted on paper and staffed badly.

07Common Questions

Questions About the Company

The ones committees ask before they get as far as asking for a price.

How do we verify that your company is licensed?

Ask for the private agency licence issued by Kementerian Dalam Negeri and the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia company profile, then check the licence is inside its validity period and not merely present. An expired licence still looks like a licence on a photocopy. We send both before you shortlist, and every agency on your list should be asked for the same two documents. There is more on checking an agency properly, including named client references, on the testimonials and references page.

How big is the company, and does size matter here?

We do not publish a guard headcount. It is the number most commonly inflated in Malaysian private security and it tells a committee nothing useful. What matters to your building is how many supervisors cover your area, how much relief manpower your contract carries, and how far away the nearest replacement guard sleeps. Put those three to us, and put them to the larger agencies as well.

Who do we deal with once the contract starts?

A site supervisor for day-to-day matters, the operations team for manpower and relief, and a director for anything unresolved or repeating. All three are named in the post orders with the order to call them in, so nobody on your committee guesses who to ring twice.

Do you take over from an existing agency mid-contract?

Regularly, and it is normal work. The sequence runs site assessment, then post orders written for the building, then guard matching and induction, then a start date coordinated with your existing notice period so the pondok is never empty for a shift. Send us the current arrangement and the notice terms and the handover gets planned around them.

Why should we appoint a smaller company over a national one?

Only if proximity matters more to you than scale, and for most Klang Valley residential buildings it does. A national agency has deeper resources and a supervisor who may be two hours away. We have fewer resources and a supervisor who can stand at your gate the same morning. If your portfolio spans four states, we are the wrong choice and you will hear that from us first.
